We'll use the 45 minutes to address any continued mental or physical elements that are highjacking your performance confidence, pinpoint action steps for achieving your goals, & give you tangible action steps for you to take post-session.
Personal Training

My personalized workouts are designed to build strong functional muscle, core strength, balance, and flexibility. Any modifications or limitations will be addressed ahead so that you feel comfortable moving at your own pace.
Clients will have the option to train with me via my APP and/or through live zoom calls.

I take the guesswork out of your training plan so that you know you're gaining strength without causing injury or overuse to your muscle groups and joints.
The difference in working with a functional personal trainer can be seen in the personalized programming as well as the targeted results.

My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and ready to tackle your career without the need for ongoing coaching. I want to equip you with the self-knowledge and tools necessary to be resilient and make positive changes independently.

1:1 Coaching Program:
We will work one-on-one to better understand your strengths and areas of improvement. This way we can address the sources of stress, evaluate unhelpful belief systems, and give you alternative patterns of thinking and reacting that will place you in a position of POWER. We will focus on identifying the things that make you UNIQUE as an artist and capitalize on those strengths to build self-confidence.
During these sessions, you will be given resources and taught techniques that you can use outside our sessions. My goal as a coach is to make you SELF-SUFFICIENT beyond the coaching environment. I teach tools that address both the mental AND physical symptoms so that you will be able to calm the nervous system, identify your triggers/address negative thought patterns, and redirect your focus BEFORE you start to spiral.

I always say that confidence is more a way of life than a personality trait. It takes daily effort to maintain. For that reason, after the 12-week program, you will have the option to continue checking in with me through my "Mindset Check-in Subscription." This will help you to maintain a healthy mindset, tweak your method, discuss additional roadblocks, and feel supported as you continue your career!
